The Beck Group is are seeking a Southeastern Regional Healthcare Business Development Leader to represent Beck throughout the Southeast. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the strategic direction of the business through the development of a Healthcare Marketing Plan to focus business development and sales activities within the region in order to develop and increase Beck?s client base through strong client relationships. While working closely with the Regional Director of Healthcare, Managing/Regional Directors and other key stakeholders, the Business Development leader will be responsible for helping to develop market strategy, connectivity, and community presence within the healthcare market sector

Duties:

???????? Candidate should align Beck?s image and increase healthcare exposure within the Southeastern United States.

???????? Candidate will partner with Southeastern Director of Healthcare to grow profitable business within the Southeastern Unites States healthcare market sector.

???????? Will find and develop targeted healthcare owners and leads in the Southeast Region including specifically Atlanta and Tampa areas.

???????? Will perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers and eliminate those that do not align with our marketing plan.

???????? Co-lead the development and maintenance of a healthcare marketing plan for the southeast.

???????? Prepare and execute business development action plan for specific target markets.

???????? Research new market segments and services to enhance growth.

???????? Provide strategic oversight and input on development presentations.

???????? Will team with operations and estimating in making presentations and writing technical proposals

???????? Provide input during the negotiation process and in developing a close relationship and rapport with owners.

???????? Meet the needs of the client prior to contract execution; providing advice, consulting, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.

???????? Will assist management and estimating with sales process and final close.

???????? Will develop strategies to differentiate the organization from competitors; researching and recommending new services to acquire additional business.

???????? Seek feedback from owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; developing and implementing steps to benchmark performance with competitors.

???????? Participate in professional organizations and promoting such activity and participation by other employees.

Qualifications:

???????? Must have 15+ years of extensive healthcare experience and knowledge of the Atlanta/Tampa regional areas and other Southeastern United States;

???????? Must have known market exposure, owner and influencer relationships within the Southeastern healthcare marketplace;

???????? Desire and excitement to be a part of the team and achieve the goal of growing market share;

???????? Ability to lead a diverse group of professionals towards a common goal of developing relationships and winning healthcare work;

???????? Must have demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, marketing plan development, business development, and implementation of marketing/sales plans;

???????? Should have an understanding of strategic selling and client management/maintenance;

???????? Must have a track record of analyzing market and economic trends;

???????? Experience leading pursuit efforts to including managing the pursuit team, development of qualifications, proposals, interview strategy and client presentations;

???????? Strong public speaking ability is a plus. Entrepreneurial spirit, thought leadership and proven experience.

???????? Versatility in strong business acumen and the ability to assist in developing strategic planning activities.
