My name is Robert Marks and I?m a teacher of English as a foreign language living in Camden, norh London. I?ve been teaching English since 1995 and I?ve worked in the UK, France, Italy and Spain. When I left university in 1995 I did a TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) course and then went to Spain to look for work. I found work at a language school in Barcelona and stayed there for two years. During that time I taught at all levels and I even helped students who were preparing for their First Certificate and CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) exams. Ater that, I spent a year in Milan and a year in Paris, teaching in language schools in these cities. I moved back to London in 1999 and found work at a school in north London. I worked there for two years before deciding to just concentrate on private tuition. I registered with an agency called?TEFL Jobs UK and they started to find me students on a regular basis.
